The Rehearsal

In the midst of a slouching economy, a group of Theater majors graduated from university and found themselves faced with a harsh dilemma: enter the creative fields for which they studied — with dubious economic security— or find mostly-unrelated jobs that pay the bills. Many of them chose the latter. Not to be distracted from their dreams, they have banded together to produce a series of short plays in a small theater in New York’s Gramercy neighborhood.

I had the pleasure of sitting in (and shooting) their first read-through, and was blown away. From the writing to the acting, the rehearsal was impressive. It is clear to me at that this is a group to be reckoned with. I sincerely recommend checking out the production:
